My a double room with bigger beds and huge windows, for example was impressive. There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The location was amazing - near most sights, restaurants or stores, Delwara temples, and the grounds. It also was on the hill.

Stayed in a royal-like property and felt the essence of old-world charm. Beautiful sprawling grounds with stunning views made me feel away from city bustle. Room was spacious and comfortable with large windows and good heating and AC options. Complimentary tennis court and basketball hoop were added bonuses. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, making the stay even more pleasurable.
Limited options for breakfast and the staff's English language proficiency was a little challenging to communicate. Wi-Fi connectivity was poor and the restaurant menu was deficient in variety, even though the food tasted good.

Our stay at Palace Hotel - Bikaner House was absolutely wonderful. The heritage hotel, belonging to the Royal Family of Bikaner, offered spacious and beautiful suites with a touch of elegance. The location on the hill and the proximity to Dilwara temple added to the charm. We enjoyed relaxing in the hotel's lush gardens. The food served was incredibly delicious, especially the authentic Rajasthani cuisine prepared by the friendly chefs. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Mount Abu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
While the restaurant had tasty food, I would have liked to see more vegetarian options. Additionally, some of the promised accessories were missing from our room, and we had to request for slippers, hair dryer, and comb.
